What we collect

When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given), your current website address and your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide our services.

Legal basis

We process your details because you asked us to contact you (legitimate interests and steps before entering a contract).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for accounting purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your details. Our website and email are hosted by IONOS in the UK/EU.
